My theory is simple...."Plants are life". I have a passion for native plants, pollinator plants, decorative gardening, and nature. I also have a keen an eye for plant identification and know a great deal about all things plants. I am passionate about scientific names when it comes to plants.
Apart from growing up with a family who homesteads, and a wealth of self-taught and online knowledge, I have hands on experience in the industry. I am a team member on an all women-run, certified natural farm where we grow food and flowers, and offer CSA shares. I also have past experience working at Plant Delights garden nursery here in North Carolina.
