  Fresh Worm Castings AND OR  Fresh Kindred Acres Compost Tea Available for local pickup in Clayton, NC!  

Our Kindred Acres Compost Tea is a highly active, all-natural fertilizer brewed with a commercial-grade aeration system. We ensure its quality by regularly checking it under a microscope for biological activity.  This concentrated tea can be diluted for use as a root drench or a foliar spray, making it a versatile and effective solution for your garden.  

How to Use:  

1. Start with a 5-gallon bucket of non-chlorinated water.

2. Add the concentrate, mix, and apply:

      • Around the base of your plants as a root drench. 

     • In a sprayer for foliar application.  

For best results, apply immediately after pickup or store in a refrigerator for no more than 24 hours. 

Our compost tea is a powerhouse blend of a variety of types of compost, worm castings, black soldierfly larvae - and may include additives like kelp meal, fish hydrolysate, rock dust minerals, mycorrhizal fungi, and more - depending on the purpose and blend ,  

Cost: $12 per gallon for our basic blend.  - Brewed fresh upon order - Note: it takes 24-48 hours to brew.  Once your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule pick up BEFORE we brew your tea so expect a few days wait time.

Worm Castings: 

Known as "black gold" for good reason, worm castings provide plants with essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.  These castings improve soil structure, water retention, and promote healthier root systems.  They're an all-natural way to give your plants the nourishment they need. 

Worm castings are freshly sifted upon order request and are available for $5 per pound.-  Once you place your order we will contact you to schedule pick up.

My order was shipped promptly, but due to the current state of our world, I received my package a few days after it was expected. Upon opening the package, I was pleased to find the bare roots still fresh, damp, and separated. The roots were not tangled together. I planted them the following morning and within a few days, I started to see signs of new growth. I contacted Bren a few times with questions. Each time, she responded quickly and offered advice and encouragement! I will definitely buy from her Etsy shop again!
